Terms of service

Ink & Heritage creates custom printed family coloring books from photos and details supplied by customers. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the right to upload the photos and authorize us and our production partners to use them for creating and fulfilling your book.

Custom orders

Each book is customized and prepared for physical production. Proof timing, production timing, and shipping estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We may reject uploads that are unsafe, infringing, or unsuitable for production.

Refunds and changes

If something is wrong with your order, contact support promptly. Because books are custom-made, refunds and cancellations may be limited after studio work or printing begins.

Fulfillment

Orders are routed to a configured fulfillment workflow after payment. Shipping addresses, contact details, book specifications, previews, and uploaded photo references are shared as needed to produce and deliver the order.
